Job Description:
As assistant market analyst your role will be to update business-to-business market reports. You will conduct secondary research in various industries and markets. The following outlines the role as part of the job description:
Collate information - collect import, export statistics
Research - desk research which will include production data, market data, market trends, legislation
Analyse data/information
Write/update high quality reports
Write/update company profiles - includes researching business activities, merger activities, analyse financial data
Skills Required:
High standard of written English
Good numerical ability
Good analytical skills
Computer Skills (wordprocessing/spreadsheet)
General business and commercial awareness
Good time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Conscientious
Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative
